Home Again Home again jiggity jig! And a layout to share!

Hi folks,

Boy is it good to be home! Sleeping in my own bed with my cat snuggled up next to me! Everything where i can find it and lots more space!! These new houses might be flash but they are small compared to the oldies but goodies they used to build in the 1960's!

This weekend will be unpacking the container and putting everything back- fun fun. not! But it does mean that we can finally get Christmassy - get the tree up and the stockings hung on the fireplace and the decorations out and for Simon getting his beloved Christmas lights up around the outside of the house, in every window and up the huge tree in the front garden!

Now that we are back - i can get my scraproom unpacked and sorted and start to create! I have a week left till the girls finish school and then there won't be much of a chance to get anything done again! It has been a very slow last 3 months on the scrapbooking front!

I do have a layout to share- a scraplift of one of my favourite recent discoveries- Janice Nicholls from Australia. She features quite alot in the Australian scrapbooking magazines and i just love her style and her use of corrugated board. This layout caught my eye and on one crop night where i wasn;t having any joy i decided to scraplift this layout- featuring Kaisercraft papers....

Always the card- Ella and her Christmas cracker plastic lips- midwinter Xmas = June 2012

Simon is off at his work do tonight- they had to go dressed as something starting with T- (telecom) so he went as the Blues Brothers- well one of them! He certainly looked the part! Off to the Telecom Christmas tree lighting tomorrow night which should be lovely.. another tradition to add to  each year!

thanks for looking and your comments

Francine

LOl over no space in new houses - depends if you design it yourself or not :) Must be great to be home again and planning for Christmas.
