Kaisercraft Love Affair

Hi everyone,

Sorry life has been busy here as usual - but i have been scrapping!! And i have some layouts to share with you all. I have been using all my older Kaisercraft papers that i have been hoarding for years and trying to work my way through some of my older photos as well. All of this is in preparation of course for all the new and lovely CHA gorgeousness that is coming to our shores very soon!

I am starting to get excited too about the Scrappin Patch retreat that is coming up on March 16-18th at Glentui! Three days of scrapping and classes too- i am so looking forward to being taught again by the super talented and super lovely Trina McClune and doing Scrappin Patch's own Megan Gourlays exploding box class. i think that the retreat is all booked out already! If you have missed this one get in quick for the next retreat in September which looks to be just as exciting!

Anyhoo here are some recent kaisercraft layouts that i have been doing- some are quite simple for me and some even with NO flowers - but i need to get through some of these old photos!!

gosh how old  are these papers??? Hollie is only 10 ths old in these photos!

This was a scraplift using only 2 papers and one cardstock which i liked as i only has those papers!

WIll share some more layouts tomorrow with you- i am going to try and blog more often!

6pm tea- baths
7.00pm Bedtime for Hollie and Lucy
8pm Bedtime with wanderings till about 8.45 from big girls

It's full on alright!

ON family news - we had a big shift around in teh weekend and moved Ella into her own bedroom. At almost 7 i think that she deserved some alone space so we put her in Hollie's room which  means Ella gets her own space and she can go
to bed later like Zoe. So far Hollie has been fine sleeping in the same room as Lucy and went straight to sleep tonight. Hopefully she will sleep all night like she usually does and i won't have any nocturnal visits tonight!!

Lucy is growing all the time and is such a sweetheart- she made me breakfast in bed in Sunday and brought me a milo and a hotcross bun and some tomato toast as she knows that they are my favourite things for breakfast- such a sweetheart! She went garage slaing with Simon on the weekend and hit the jackpot twice- a new bike - and a pink laptop computer that teaches you ABC'c and numbers and has games too- its actually very cool and looks like new- in the shop they are about $80 so what a bargain. the bike was a good score too- her first bike without trainer wheels and so Simon went to teach her - and she says its alright dad i know what to do and off she goes all by herself!! She was so amazing! She just picked it up straight away- the same as her swimming lessons - you only have to show her something once and she has it! We are going to try her on piano next and see if she can play by ear- HAHAHA! Here ate some shots of her riding her new bike with no trainer wheels...

Thats it for now folks - some more layouts to share tomorrow or the next day...

Have a good one

Francine
