It has been a busy few days with all the Christmas activities between all the girls i feel as if i have been racing around like mad!
On Friday i attended Zoe's Christmas concert at school and then stayed for a shared lunch with her class and some of the other parents. They did a great concert (the whole middle school- years 3 and 4)- they sung lots of songs and did all the actions- they had a lot to remember and have been practising hard for weeks! I loved all the words that they had written for some of the songs to make them more kiwified- very funny!
I attended the Scrappin Patch Christmas crop night and tried to get back into doing some scrapping - it feels like ages since i have been happy with a page and with life so busy at the moment i have had very little time- maybe the mojo will return after all the holidays. I have decided not to reapply for the design team next year - i think that Adrienne needs some fresh faces and fresh designs for the new year., I have really enjoyed my time on the design team - i have learnt so much and been challenged and inspired and had the best time- so thanks to adrienne for giving me the opportunity!
On Saturday we all attended the Telecom Christmas party at Hagley Park. We all had a great time (apart from Simon who is still very sick). The girls had a blast on the bouncy castles and games and loved the face painting and balloons and all the food and drink was free so they were happy! Hollie was grooving away to the bands on the stage and having a great time! Ella and Zoe;s favourite thing was the gladiator contest- see photos below!
