Queenstown round up!

Hi everyone,

It has been such a busy week that i have so much to share- Halloween- Prima roadshow- my mum has been staying and nana had a fall down the stairs and is in hospital still awaiting an operation on her arm so it has been a hectic week! I just wanted to share the last of the holiday photos as i know that a few of you family members still want to see the rest so this will be a photo eavy post and then i can move onto other news!

Day three in Queenstown and we went to Arrowtown for the day and then the girls went iceskating in the afternoon with Simon and they had an absolute blast- they loved it!

On the Wed we went to beautiful Wanaka for the day- the girls enjoyed just mucking around by the lakefront and playing on the playground and then we went to Puzzling world which was fantastic. The illusion rooms were great and they loved doing the maze.

Thursday was our last day so we went inot Queenstown and played by the lake and in the lovely gardens feeding the ducks and playing on the playground and then Simon took us all out to lunch at the lovely Pig and Whistle english pub which was yummo! The girls loved having a meal outside and at a restaurant which we hardly ever get the chance to do. We then all went swimming in the afternoon at the new pool complex and waterslides- Lucy had her first turn ever on a hydroslide and even Hollie at 2.5 was not to be deterred from having a turn - luckily the nice attendant let her have one turn- even though you are supposed to be 5!

Then it was time to pack up and come home- it was great to be back home in our own beds and the cats were so pleased to see us!

Here are some photo highlights- i so hope that you have your internet fixed dad...
